This is Wolly! Wolly is a domestic shorthair with matte-black fur, a little patch of white around his neck, and little white paws. He’s a medium-sized cat with super soft fur who loves to relax on blankets with a view of the streets and the people outside. Wolly loves head scratches and will sit on your lap once he warms up to you. Wolly enjoys treats, catnip, and knocking water off shelves–so be warned that if you give him water, you should put it on the floor. He was rescued as a kitten and is now an outgoing energetic cat who is occasionally chompy, so he may not be the best match with really young kids. Wolly does appreciate his playtime with other cats and he does best with a match who is equally energetic and playful. Wolly is a sweet and lively cat who will undoubtedly make a great companion.

Basmati darts around during playtime, but he can be a calmer cat and will snuggle up with you and let you give him lots of pets. Dame Helen Mirren (the cat not the actor), more commonly known as Helen, is a domestic shorthair with a healthy coat of fur. Helen can be a little stuffy at first, but with patient affection and treats she’ll warm up to you. Helen is great with other cats, but wouldn’t love a dog. She is a cat that is food driven and requires a bit of patience. If you’re looking for a companion who can be independent and occasionally cuddly, adopt Helen!
