All Moderators reserve the right to deny your submission for any reason, including, but not limited to: poor quality; insufficient permission from photographed individuals; inappropriate content; images that incite violence; images that bully another student or staff member; and claiming others’ content as your own.

Transfer of Ownership and Use
When your media files are approved, you are transferring ownership of each approved file to Sequoyah School for use in any Sequoyah School publication. Even though Sequoyah School will own the rights to your photograph(s), we are granting you a lifetime license to use your own content for any non-commercial purpose. You do not need to credit Gryphon Media Company or Sequoyah School in your personal usage of your content.
If you’d like to use it for a commercial purpose, you must contact a Gryphon Media Company editor or faculty sponsor for permission, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon denial, Sequoyah School will not own any of your content and you will own all rights to it.
When your media files are approved, you are granting Sequoyah School an irrevokable license to use your photograph(s) in any and all Sequoyah School publications, commercial or non-commercial, for eternity. You still own all rights to your image, and may sell it or use it for whatever purpose you wish, but Sequoyah School will always retain usage rights to the images. Sequoyah will attempt to credit you as the content creator, but that may not always be possible.
By uploading, you certify that you have the permission of all photographed individuals to use their likeness in photos. You also certify that you own the content and have permission to grant Sequoyah School an irrevokable license to use the content.
Upon denial, Sequoyah School will not have any rights to your content.
