¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup chocolate chips

Bake flour at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Beat butter and sugar together for 5 minutes.
Beat in the flour, vanilla, milk, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips for 5 minutes.
